Going Abroad
Travel abroad is so common nowadays that it is often easy to forget the necessary precautions. Please ask the receptionists for a Travel Form at least two months before your departure. The completed form will be passed to the Practice Nurse, who will assess individual requirements. The appropriate appointments can then be arranged to ensure that you are immunised in sufficient time prior to travel.
